I work from my garden studio creating one off textile pieces with dyed or printed cloth, embellished further with free-motion stitching and hand embroidery. Inspiration is drawn from my surroundings, the landscape, wild flowers, the everchanging weather or the beautiful ocean.   Experiments are made with different materials and processes, often challenging myself and the materials, trying to capture the essence of the subject matter. The end results come in a range of forms including pieces to be framed, journal covers and three dimensional structures.

These labours of love can form the foundations for commissions and courses. Small groups or one-to-one tutoring can be held in my studio in Evesham or larger groups by arrangement. See workshop page or contact me for more details.
